Once they've had a nice, warm soak in the tub, let them run around and dry off. But don't confine them while they're wet; it will cause them to scream and cause trouble. Instead, you can use a pet gate to contain them, and then watch them laugh as they enjoy their freedom. If your Yorkie is a bit frightened after the bath, you can laugh at their natural behavior.
